Sooooo...I totally changed my plan for today.  I was going to blog my two (or three) cents on 'friendor vs. vendor'...pros and cons of having your friends pitch in and help with details, projects blah, blah blah but then I saw the beautiful images from Liz and Nik's wedding (thank you for sharing, Rebekah Westover!)  WOWZA!  I loved this wedding.  I LOVED the bride and groom, I loved the cute, obedient ring dogs, I loved the venue, I loved the early spring snow, I, OF COURSE loved the flowers, I loved the aspen accents and warm candlelight, and I LOVED LOVED the Hunter boots.  Sunshine yellow Hunter boots.  AWWWESOME!

This wedding was beautifully, simply, warm and charming...like Liz and Nik. Congratulations to the beautiful couple.

Just because they're so pretty

I  have nothing clever to say about hydrangea...just that I love, loooooove them (despite their moodiness).  I'm especially obsessed with antique hydrangea...the variations in a single bloom of hydrangea will knock your socks off.  Some blue...and a little green...wait, there's a hint of burgundy and OMG is that lavender too?  ALL IN ONE BLOOM!  They're amazing.  And did I mention, in the Autumn months these individual blooms are the size of my face.  HOLY SMOKES!  Check out these amazing blooms from a wedding we designed for Bluebird Events at the St. Regis Deer Crest in Deer Valley.  Thank you for the amazing images Bruce Gardner!
