Here's a sneak peek of a what is sure to be a GORGEOUS event I'm working on for a wedding in May at the super glam St. Regis resort in Deer Valley.   I loooooove the colors and collected feel.  Peach is back baby!
Today was mock-up day so I got to finally meet the beautiful bride and dashing groom.  For months we've been cyber-pals zipping emails and photos to eachother...phone tag describing the perfect shade of coral vs. the perfect shade of salmon (what? there's a difference!) Site visits involved hard hats while the St. Regis was under construction.    One of the best parts of my job is meeting my clients and today was no exception.  Super fun couple and super gorgeous design concept.  Can't wait to see everything come together for this event!

Well looky here!

Funny thing...I was at the Salt Lake Airport killing time before an early morning flight to Costa Rica.  A nearly debilitating immediate need for peanut m & m's took me into the Airport bookstore where I saw the latest issue of the beautiful, 'Utah Bride & Groom' magazine. I started thumbing through the magazine and stopped on a photo of a most gorgeous couple.  "Wait a minute!  I KNOW them!"  Scott and Carly celebrated their wedding at a private residence in Holladay, a place that held significant meaning to Carly and her family.  I was fortunate enough to meet Carly and her mother and be a part of the design process.  After site visits and consultations and many emails and phone calls we came up with an amazing design concept.  Carly and Jayne had such fabulous ideas.  I had so much fun with the details and set up for this wedding.  Peach garden roses, peach parrot tulips, cream hydrangea, cream lisianthus and white anemone introduced the color palette. While satin ribbon streamers in the trees brought in accents of navy and dove grey.  From the crystal chandeliers hanging in the trees, to the vintage typewriter for guests to write well wishes this wedding had a charm and style all it's own.  Hey Carly and Jayne!  Wanna come work with me?
